Issues adding a profile picture?

I was trying to update a profile picture in my Jobber Community profile and it wasn't working. I would click save and it would show a progress wheel and then not display at all.

I used ChatGPT to create my company logo and when I saved it the file name was really long!

Go to the file location on your computer and rename it something small, "Company Logo" worked fine for me. Then I was able to upload no problem!

    I was wondering why my profile picture wasn't updating. I just changed the title of mine, and it worked! 

    The profile picture setting also might be sensitive to spaces and dashes as well (in case others are also experiencing a similar situation) 
    I just renamed my image file to one word and it worked for me :)
