Just submitted my phase two application for the Jobber Grant!

Did anyone else submit their phase two jobber application? This is my second year making it to phase two and it's just a cathartic experience. I think I'll be looking forward to the Jobber grant application each year because it gives me a chance to reflect on my business. How did my business improve? Did I make a difference? Are my employees in a better position today than last year? Am I meeting my goals? Am I proud of my business, of myself? Sometimes I get so hung up on the metrics, reports, forecasting, I forget about the real life people and the difference I can make it my customers and employees lives. So after reflecting, I am pretty proud of myself.
