I am not in the Notary business; however, one concept I am currently starting to learn is building out a flywheel.
A funnel gets you one customer.
The flywheel concept gets you a customer who introduces you to a referral partner who sends you more customers.
For example, as mobile notary, I would focus on building relationships with real estate agents, attorneys, title companies, and senior care providers. One strong referral source can create a steady stream of clients for years.
