Management Design, LLC Restoring Communities Through Quality Property Rehabilitation.

Management Design, LLC is focused on restoring distressed and undervalued properties through quality craftsmanship and community-centered rehabilitation. Our mission is to help improve neighborhoods by renovating homes and returning safe, clean, and affordable housing back into the community, including support for low-income and Section (8) housing opportunities.

My background includes structural engineering concepts, foreclosure understanding, property rehabilitation, and high-end interior trim work performed in luxury properties, including projects in Las Vegas casinos and Beverly Hills. Through that experience, I learned that quality cosmetic presentation and craftsmanship greatly increase property value and community pride.

    What a mission to build a business around. Bringing luxury-level craftsmanship to properties that need it most and doing it in a way that gives families access to quality housing.
