What Do You Wish You Knew When Starting Your Business?

My name is Hilda, and I am currently launching Alkeza Mobile Labs, a mobile phlebotomy business in Central Florida. My goal is to make healthcare more accessible by bringing blood collection services directly to patients' homes, workplaces, and care facilities.

As a new business owner, I'm excited to learn from other entrepreneurs and connect with people who are passionate about serving their communities. What is one piece of advice you wish someone had given you when you first started your business?
