We are struggling with not quoting enough for first time cleans. Our team needs to reach out and request more time and this puts a bit of stress on our system. We started tracking where and how much time our team requests and how do the jobs overall go. Are the clients satisfied or if there is an issue that we need to resolve. We have also made a change and increased the quotes with some time. When I started my business 17 years ago and I cleaned I was pretty fast. I notice now as the new generations come up they need a bit more time.
