I disputed a recent chargeback and won.
It was apparent that this client methodically ripped off his contractors systematically. He called his lawn guy in earshot and insisted that he wouldn't pay unless they came back and remowed one perfectly fine strip. I let him know that one of our core values was respect, and that applies to our Client's as well.
I want to do the small claims court to stand up for ALL of us little guys he's tried to **bleep** over.
