With 16 years in Property Management and Construction, you’ve got a big advantage most new owners don’t have.
Your pricing sheet looks clean and well organized. The only things I’d adjust are:
Dumpster Overflow — $125 feels low. Most companies are charging $175–$250 for overflow.
Trash Corral (Monthly) — $275/month also looks low for a monthly service. I’d consider raising that to $375–$475.
Same-Day/Rush Fee — $50 is too low. Most companies charge $75–$150 for rush service.
Other than that, it’s a solid looking sheet. Good work.
