Getting free business advising through the SBDC & other local business resources. Working on building business credit, registering with Nav and Duns & Bradstreet and then finally accessing credit to buy equipment to build capacity and revenue streams.
Not charging hourly! I started charging in half day blocks and it made things go so much smoother. No more people hitting me up that their technician talked to them for 10 minutes and they want that reduced off their bill. No more debating will this job take 3 hours or 4 hours? Maybe 6? Makes it way more simple for quoting and charging people. After I did this, it alleviated so much stress!
