Projected income Reports

Im sure im missing it. But i would like to review what i should expect to produce on future dates. EX on mon we have 58 visits, how much revenue should that produce. Without having to go to each visit and do the math.

  • If each visit carries its price in the export, a pivot table does this in a minute: visit date as rows, sum of the visit amount as values. If recurring visits come through without a price, that's the real blocker, and it's worth raising with support.

I also set up a Google Sheet for Jobber users that refreshes every night and totals scheduled visits per day, week and month, so Monday's expected revenue is one cell. Happy to show a sample built on test data.

(Disclosure: this is my own small service.)

That feature can be a bit buried depending on where you are looking, but you absolutely don't have to count those up manually!

The easiest way to see your projected revenue for upcoming days without clicking into every single visit is to use the Calendar View and toggle your columns, or pull a quick View/Report based on your scheduled visits.
