It's a bit unnerving that "tax consultant" can't answer this specific question. Have you thought about hiring a CPA?
My apologies. I should have said "bringing in a new CPA". My current CPA simply sent me MD's documents on sales tax laws. Which inside of those docs I was confused on what is exempt from sales tax and when I asked was just told to "refer to the documents". The new CPA that I am getting ready to use has those services included but was just curious upfront what others were dealing with.
