What's your favorite way to accept client payments? 👀
Fav method and why! Credit cards? Cash? Payments software?
Cash, then venmo/cashapp/Apple Pay. Tertiary is check then credit/debit card via jobber payments.
Venmo/cashapp/Apple pay charge the same as jobber payments but it’s pretty much instant.
The bummer about Jobber Payments is you’re paying 3% fee for Stripe (the processor) to hold your $$ (at least) 2 business days - which means any payments received on Wed evening, Thursday or a Friday you won’t receive until sometime early the next week. And when I say sometime I literally mean sometime. I’ve had the $$ hit my bank at 4am, 10am, 2pm, 4pm and 1030pm.
