We contribute to a 401K, employees get 100% of all their tips, gas reimbursement for using their own vehicles. I do need to get new uniforms for them though...

I take them out for breakfast/lunch during our 1-1s, I've thought about signing up for either a Spotify subscription or Audible where employees will get credits to purchase audiobooks that I preselected.
