Hiring and onboarding… how often are you modifying your playbook?

Absolutely my hiring process evolved in the past 17 years.  I am not involved at this time only if I were to bring on a management team member.  For us core values is the most important along with attitude.  At times we don't pay attention to the small signs and it always comes and bites us in the butt.  Adding trusting your gut is important too.  My body always tells me if something is off.
