Hi, In my experience (we are a cleaning business) not having employees and having too much work or the other side having too many employees and not enough work is always a fine balance. There is no right or wrong. You have to decide how you want to grow. If you want to keep your firefighter position you might think of hiring a Virtual Assistant to get the phone/appt etc. If you need someone in the field how is your current staff? Would one of them be ok working full time and taking some duties off your shoulder. Or are you ready to committ full time to your business?
