I noticed a few people mentioning communication challenges between office staff and field workers. Are most teams using text messages, Slack, WhatsApp, or something else alongside Jobber? Curious what’s working best.
We currently use text messaging as well. But it may be worth us looking into another solution if it isn't too expensive or complicated to log in. Some of our guys are technology challenged.
As a small company we utilize text message for communication purposes. I'm am going to look at some of these other suggestions!!
Connecteam is a good start and its free up to 10 employees
Slack for the office staff and group texts for the in field techs. Works great!
We use workplace enviroment so Google Chats is the champs for us!
