We use Gusto. There are 4 of us on payroll/w2, which includes the owners wages. It's nice because it handles all the compliance, reporting, un-employment rates, holds back and pays state and federal taxes, sends w2s to the employees etc. It integrates with Jobber if you keep time records there, and quickbooks online. It also allowed us to set up company benefits, even though there are only 2 employees that needed insurance. It's a bit of work upfront, but after the initial set up it's on auto pilot!
Or you could try asking your CPA if they will handle the payroll.
