How To Manage Late/Absent Workers?
Short of firing an employee, what are some creative ways you leaders have motivated your teams to arrive on time?

Start their schedule 1 hour later and have them work one hour later. Then you have someone to call when you get a late last minute request. You're showing them you appreciate their work and want to work with them, also that employee feels listened to.
If they cant make that adjustment work then you have a problem and a decision should be made.
