We’ve experimented with AI in parts of the hiring process. It’s been helpful for reviewing resumes and organizing information, but I wouldn’t say it’s improved the quality of candidates.
In my experience, AI can help you sort through applicants faster, but it can’t make good candidates appear if they aren’t applying in the first place. Most of the improvement we’ve seen has been in saving time, not necessarily finding better people.
