Is anyone using AI to screen applicants or improve hiring workflows?

We've been working through beta testing a new software program which relies heavily on AI. Not only does the software assess and evaluate based on the interview, it provides coaching on the best methods of training their personality type. I am wondering if anyone else has done this, and if you've seen an improvement in quality candidates?

  • We’ve experimented with AI in parts of the hiring process. It’s been helpful for reviewing resumes and organizing information, but I wouldn’t say it’s improved the quality of candidates.

    In my experience, AI can help you sort through applicants faster, but it can’t make good candidates appear if they aren’t applying in the first place. Most of the improvement we’ve seen has been in saving time, not necessarily finding better people.
