Is it worth reinvesting in your business to grow when it means taking on more risk?

Worth is relative to why you started a business in the first place. My goals were to provide for my family, pay off debt and serve my community. The bigger my company gets, the bigger the burden because more people rely on me to succeed but it also allows me to take care of more families. You can have a very successful business being a solo operator but eventually you may burn out unless you bring on more people to help

Great question! And honestly, perfect timing. We're having a recruiting expert in the community next week who's been in the weeds on exactly this kind of thing. Rich Camacho from BlueRecruit is taking questions on hiring, job postings, and building a team. Worth dropping your question over there if hiring is part of your growth/investment plan!
