Pay per performance model using jobber

Does anyone use a pay per performance model through Jobber, looking for some advice on how to switch over to that.

There's a few different ways to approach this. Jobber's insights tab keeps track of your teams productivity. This would be a really easy way to see who's making you the most money. I don't use this because a lot of my jobs involve multiple visits so it'd be too complicated to try to incorporate this in a fair way.

Not to be too much of a jobber fan boy but the jobber podcast JUST had an episode on this that actually made me rethink this topic.

What I WAS going to try is a software called Protiv that has a really cool way to keep track of budgets using custom fields on jobs then measuring productivity. For my business it was kind of complicated and hard to explain. I LOVE LOVE LOVE how this guy explained it and am going to implement in my business. You should be able to explain it to a teenager and have it make sense. What I would do if I was you, put your P&L in to chat gpt, have it analyze your financials for the bucket of money you have available with your financial goals. Then ask it to come up with a fair performance pay system similar to that podcast.
