Stop hiring contractors. They are independent businesses who see your customers as their own leads.
Switch to Employees (W-2): You gain full control over their schedule, uniform, and customer interaction. They want a steady paycheck, not your clients.
Enforce Non-Solicitation Contracts: Have a lawyer draft a sharp agreement with a heavy dollar penalty per poached client if they service your accounts after leaving.
Own the Client Relationship: Route all scheduling, billing, and updates through your software. Keep the client loyal to your brand, never to the individual cleaner.
