We've used Indeed with a lot of success, I ask candidates to fill out a DISC assessment as a pre qualifying question, and we're starting to implement a quick video intro from each candidate before we jump on a video interview with them. Maybe you can have a candidate submit a quick 5 minute video to talk about the type of projects/work they've done in the past and that'll help you filter through the candidates who have no experience or the ones who can't follow basic instructions.
