What is your complaint/breakage rate?

Hi - Residential cleaner here.  I wanted to compare - since I have nobody to compare with.  What is your complaint/breakage rate?  To give you an example last month we had 450 visits and we had 6 complaints and 6 breakage.  Breakage can be anything from a glass to maybe flushing a cloth down the toilet. This for me this month seemed very high as we are usually around 0-3.   

Any cleaning companies tracking this?
