What's one small thing you do that REALLY helps team morale?

Not sure if this helps anyone, but we started doing quick “Friday shoutouts” for our staff. Literally takes 5 mins. We just highlight a few people who crushed it that week — great customer feedback, ...

We do a lot of little things:

  • Golden plunger award quarterly
  • Share positive customer reviews and google reviews for all the staff to see
  • Reward each other with tacos and the tacos can be redeemed in gas cards, day off or contribute to their dream
