A curveball suggestion, but have you considered posting to local university career center job boards? You’ll often find a solid pool of candidates with sales or internship experience. They’re usually hungry for an opportunity as long as the pay/commission structure is competitive enough to attract and retain them.

Wow!! Great idea I would never of thought of that I believe we are fair to our sales team retention has never been a problem we are actually trying to expand our sales team and was looking for a totally out of the box suggestion just like these thanks again
