Who’s your longest-standing team member, and what do you appreciate most about having them on your team?

I’m still in the early stages, so I don’t have employees yet. What I do have is a small circle of advisors and professionals I keep going back to. I appreciate the people who remember the vision, ask the hard questions and are still there when the idea starts turning into actual work. Sometimes your first “team” shows up before your first hire.
