I’m still in the early stages, so I don’t have employees yet. What I do have is a small circle of advisors and professionals I keep going back to. I appreciate the people who remember the vision, ask the hard questions and are still there when the idea starts turning into actual work. Sometimes your first “team” shows up before your first hire.
Having a circle of advisors and pros is so invaluable and it's amazing to have similar minded people continuously support you through all your professional and business evolutions. How did you build this community of yours? Networking groups? Organically?
I have couple. I have a subcontractor team for 12 years. They have not missed a day ever!!!! My supervisor has been with me for over 6 years as well. Love them all.
12 years!! And the fact that they haven't missed a day is incredible.
