Hello, and thank you for the question! Unfortunately, the Jobber app does not support offline capabilities, with the exception of internal notes. The internal notes section that is located on clients, quotes, jobs and invoices will work without service in order, and the notes will sync once the device is connected to wifi or data.

As a workaround, I recommend using this section on the app to log notes regarding clock in/out times, visit completion etc.

If you add a text note while your device isn't connected to the internet, you will see a message on the note that says "Waiting to sync until online". The note is saved on your device locally and will sync to the server once you're connected to the internet and the Jobber app is opened. Other team members won't be able to see the note until it syncs since it's saved only on your device. Once the note has been synced, the "Waiting to sync until online" will disappear. Files cannot be attached while offline.
Note: If you log out, delete, or update the Jobber app while the note is waiting to sync it will be lost.
