Task Option: All Employees

We create tasks for our employees, and sometimes a task applies to everyone. However, when one employee completes the task, it is marked as completed for the entire group.

Would it be possible to create a group task for all employees while still requiring each employee to individually mark the task as complete? This would allow us to confirm that every employee has read and completed the task without having to create a separate task for each person.
