What’s something you do outside of work that helps you stay grounded or recharge?

Within the business, prioritize scheduling strategically and build up my team's skills. So that when I step out of the business (so to speak), I can more easily prioritize family. I find that alternating office work and field work days helps as well within the business. And having a very supportive wife helps :)
