I'm a competitive beach vball player so I have a couple mornings that I play at sunrise so I get to the office later then I have another day I have a dedicated work out with a group of guys in the middle of the day that's for that hobby. I work late on those day usually but I always make sure I do it otherwise I will get burned out on my company. It also helps me focus on getting better at something besides business. I think this helps occupy my mind so I'm not thinking about improving systems and work problems all the time.
Having something outside of work that gives your brain a break from the business stuff and helps you recharge is so important. Thanks for sharing!
