Hi! I agree setting boundaries is a MUST! I am a new business owner and am learning early on how important it is to stick to my set schedule. I have set aside designated times each evening to not do business related activities. Mondays are my off day and I may spend a couple of hours doing minor work but after that I’m done. I don’t want it to consume my whole life because I have family and other priorities so this helps me to stay balanced.
