My new favorite word is NO. Using it more at work and in life has given me back my time and helped me focus on what actually matters :)

    I can relate to this. When I was a co owner at a tire shop I would always get that one customer who comes 10 mins after I close lol When you’re passionate about growing a business, it’s easy to say yes to everything, but eventually you realize that every yes comes with a cost. Learning to set boundaries and prioritize what matters most is a game changer.
