Boundaries in business are so important to stay consistent! Love that you brought this up! For me, I avoid answering emails until after my morning workout. Also, since we are a husband and wife team, we do not bring work to the bedroom. Literally, if we need to chat business, we move to another space in the house. Sounds obvious, but our life and business are so intertwined, we have to keep some separation. We also have a weekly meeting where we can share issues and solutions for the business. It helps us to think through issues better without spontaneous vent sessions.

I think more business owners could benefit from creating that kind of separation and routine.
