The biggest boundary I’ve had to learn is that being responsible for the business does not mean I have to personally carry every problem in it.

I used to feel like I had to answer everything, fix everything, and make every decision immediately. Now I try to ask, “Is this actually mine to handle, or does someone else need to own it?”

I’m still working on it, honestly. But that boundary has helped me protect my time, think more clearly, and build a company that can eventually operate without everything running through me.
