I am too damn good at what I do to be making someone else a ton of money and handing me the scraps. That profit and percentages is always just passed on to the customer anyway so they are the ones getting shafted by large corporations setting the prices.
I also love this industry, we do cool things all day and are never sitting on our butts at a computer wasting our lives. We are out in the fresh air solving complex problems and helping people live comfortably.
