To do this you need to make it easy for yourself. I have a set up of basic stuff at home and I also have a gym at our office. Now I know not everyone can have that BUT you can have something at home. Don't have that? take 15 minutes to stretch every couple hours. Can't get yourself to do that? Just eat healthy.
The biggest hack I've done this year is getting pre-prepared meal. It's about $11-$12 per meal, and if you crunch the numbers it's a no brainer. That's $120 with tax to not have to do anything but heat it up. There's variety also. If you spent that same $120 at the grocery store, you'd have to eat the same thing, make it yourself, pack it etc. The other meal I supplement with a shake and hard boiled eggs from costco.
The eating choices is huge! One thing that also helps is whenever you feel guilty about it just bust out a few jumping Jack's, squats, or pushups. It isn't alot but its a start!
