I’m not at your level in business yet and don’t have a family, but I still make working out a priority. I train about 4 days a week—usually 1–2 days during the week, then I stack workouts on the weekends when I’m not working.
I also try to stay consistent with eating. I’ll have a solid breakfast in the morning and pack a good meal to get me through the day.
