I usually do eggs and a hearty breakfast but things can get off the rails during the day. I just hired a physical coach and started yesterday to help kickstart me into better habits and meal prep. It's encouraging to hear all of you prioritizing your health and sticking with a system. I have been too inconsistent to yield the results I want so I will let you know as I'm building better habits if I need to changed systems but I'm excited to have accountability (something I rarely need to get things done).
