Are you undercharging?

I’m your not embarrassed by your prices then you’re probably too cheap. I used to feel guilty charging more, thinking clients would think I was ripping them off.  Until I realized this one thing, when you charge more something powerful happens you stop dealing with price shoppers and you start attracting better clients who want the best company not the cheapest. That moment when I raised my prices, everything changed now the majority of our clients are the high-end luxury clients. They don’t complain. They never ask for discounts and they always pay on time. That one mindset shift transformed my business into a seven figure company.

  • Agreed. Still if you are advertising you will get clients who think that it can be done cheaper. And yes it can be cleaned by a solo cleaner.  But are they going to show up, follow up, and guarantee their work? Are they insured?

Love this. We are typically the highest bid our customers get, but if I am honest sometimes that is stressful when work isn't flowing in and we feel like we have to compete on price just to keep things moving. Do you wrestle with that at all? What kind of marketing are you doing to keep attracting those top tier clients?
