Jaewer, adding to the comments of 205_MillyG & ryaantuttle - I don't know if you're talking about the process side of things but Quickbooks is a really useful tool for creating an estimate, converting it to an invoice and getting paid for it. You can also set up scheduled payments and more...the benefit is that the bookkeeping is partially done for you.
