Is it possible to add a link to a file. I like sending out newsletters, i have a PDF file i would like to drop inand send out to around 500 clients. Would really prefer to not have to do this individually. I am not seeing an attachment button
Hey! Totally get why you’d want to drop a file right into the email, but unfortunately, Jobber Campaigns doesn't have an attachment button.
The main reason is to protect you—sending a heavy PDF attachment out to 500 people all at once is a huge red flag for spam filters, and Jobber wants to make sure your emails actually hit your clients' main inboxes!
Luckily, there’s an easy workaround that takes less than two minutes:
1. Upload your PDF somewhere online
Drop the newsletter file into Google Drive, Dropbox, or your website's file library. Just make sure the sharing settings are set to "Anyone with the link can view."
2. Put the link in your Jobber Campaign
Open your email draft in Jobber, add a CTA button (or highlight text like "Click Here to Read Our Latest Newsletter"), and paste your PDF link.
The best part? It keeps your email light, keeps you out of the spam folder, and Jobber will even show you how many clients clicked the link to open it!
