Company Outfits, Workwear or Clothing: Tips?

We're a small home remodeling company that's looking to scale our business. One of our goals before going all-in on growth is establishing a firm, professional appearance. This year, we finalized our logo, developed several online profiles, and most importantly adopted a wonderfully streamlined system software...

Now, we just need standard outfits for our crews. We've been hovering around this for a while, almost as if we have analysis paralysis. A wise, wealthy man once told me, "It's not about how much you know; it's knowing where to find what you need to know." So instead of wandering the webs, I'd love to get your thoughts/advice on how and where to go about establishing outfits for your company!

Hey Tyler, first off congrats on finalizing your logo, building up your online presence, and streamlining your operations. 🔥 There are huge steps towards scaling your business!

Also, your first crew uniforms–how exciting! I totally feel you on the analysis paralysis.

Here's what I've heard so far from other business owners when it comes to uniforms:
    1) custom sublimation printing companies (e.g. Scrappy Apparel, Stahls)
    2) purchase the type of apparel they want and get their logos embroidered
    3) use uniform rental services that include pick up services, laundry, and replaces any damaged ones (e.g. Cintas)

I'm excited to hear from our community members what they do for their uniforms!

  • Love it. No need to overthink it too much. truewerk pants are great part of our uniform then we talk to a local printing/embroidery shop for hats, shirts, polos, sweatshirts and jackets. See what style your team would prefer then place a small order and test, will looks professional and see if it holds up to your trade.
