I make up a free ad, then click all of the groups that I want the ad to display in. This is a manual process, but it gets me out in front of people, and you are only doing 1 ad that posts to all of the groups. Once a week I search for new groups in my area to post into. I have approximately a 75% success rate of getting people to click on my ad and inquire further about the product or service.
