Did it generate actual calls, leads, or booked jobs?

How long did it take before you noticed results?

What did the company actually set up or optimize?

Was there an upfront fee or ongoing monthly charge?

Is this meaningfully different from optimizing your Google Business Profile, website, and local SEO?

Are there any red flags or promises I should watch for?
