how to cancel jobber.

 I am not a fan of getting charge more with no prior authorization, in business trust is everything. i went from 119 to 148. NOT that is a lot of money, BUT they try it just sneak it in... just not a fan . not only that, try to call, and the wait just got longer and longer... not a great way to keep your customers.

    I agree about transparency but I think you might be focusing on the wrong things. $29 shouldn't make or break you and its for one of the most important things your CRM.

    Not only the wait got longer and longer, when they finally retuned a phone call,  it was at the end of the day, and everyone in billing was gone.... how good is that for customer service
