2024 Winner & 2026 Hopeful here! We even got to talk with Daymond John #sharktank & Jobber about it earlier this year.
crboyd07 - Absolutely! Why would you not apply for money you're not budgeting to receive, so if you win you can take your business to the next level? My experience is that the Jobber Team is great to work with and sincerely care about helping your business (and theirs) succeed. Just gotta keep in mind that everyone's out to make their business successful (including Jobber) so you a partnership mentality is key!

Thank you for letting us know you were awarded funding 2024. Can you shed some light on the award process? Also, what amount did you receive? Can you tell us about the on-site event? I think everyone is looking for real answers. I'm glad you had a positive experience; we are looking for insight and information.
Sorry for the tardy reply... I never saw a notification. We won $10K and at the time there was no on-site event. The process was several rounds of written questions/answers, a 60 second video submission, and a final call. I am unsure how it's changed since. They're really upping their game this year with the addition of the event, etc. Sadly, we weren't selected. Will be trying again next year. Cheers!
Congratulations on being a past recipient, and thanks for sharing what the process looked like when you applied. I'm curious about something from your experience with the program. Do you know if Jobber has historically awarded grants to businesses that were still in the earlier stages of growth, specifically that period after launching but while still working to build a consistent client base?
I noticed this year's recipients were primarily well-established businesses, several with sizable teams and significant annual revenue. It made me curious whether earlier-stage businesses have also been represented among recipients in previous years.
I'd love to hear anything you may have observed over the years.
