On-Site Contract Signing

Hi Ya'll,

How are you getting contracts signed on site? I understand the accept a quote feature, but due to the nature of our business, we need a bit more contract language.

Thanks!

We run a quoting software that works great with Jobber called Responsibid. Our sales reps have ipads and the clients can sign off in person. We put many details of the contract in the disclaimers and customize the quote to include all details needed. https://bids.responsibid.com/SignUp?promo=hodge

  • There is a Contract / Disclaimer area in the quote area.  Just cut and paste your contract in that area and have them approve the quote that includes the contract approval.

    Thanks ya'll.
FredHodgeJrResponsibid looks very robust. Thanks. Likely  more than I care to spend at this stage of growth, but will in the next 12 months.

You can put all of your contract language in the "Branding" section of Jobber. Thats all you need, along with your signature.
