We quote our lawn maintenance services as a per visit rate, and as Rebecca mentioned above, on the line item it states (rate per visit). We provide a variety of recurring property maintenance services and this is how we quote all of them. This way the client isn't overwhelmed with seeing a large number for the whole season and they know they are only charged per visit when you come to provide the service.
