Send Jim - Who's Using It Successfully?

Hey Jobber Fam!

I've been using send Jim to send out neighbor mailers after we've done jobs and haven't seen any success whatsoever. My idea was to pair that with direct Facebook marketing campaigns so that there's a higher likelihood they will see us multiple times but I've seen really low success rate with it. If you are using Send Jim, Dope Marketing, or whatever automated mailing campaigns successfully, Can you share some of your strategy? Also, if you've tried a couple of them, do you have a preference for one over the other?

I love that Jobber integrates with these and makes it easy but I feel like I'm missing something to make these successful.
